Garter Belt
A belt that wraps around the waist with clasps that attach to the stockings to hold them up. Garter belts were designed to hold stockings in place before pantyhose were invented. Waisted lace belts with garters are worn around the waist and attached to stockings. They should be matched in color and design with bras, stockings and panties. Often, garters are attached to bustiers or corsets. Not practical, but men seem to love it.
